CHANNELS OF FULFILLMENT DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR JUNE 27, 2023 (LIVING IN GOD’S CALENDAR)
TOPIC: LIVING IN GOD’S CALENDAR
TEXT: JOB 29:1-15
One of the sweetest source of human preservation is living within the absolute, unadulterated place and forms of God’s guidance. In verse 2 – 3 of today’s passage Job testified and said, “Oh that I were in months past, as in the days when God preserved me. (Verse 3): When his candle shined upon my head and when by His light I walked through darkness”. Oh my God, there is a desperation that resides inside of me with passion to walk by His light in darkness. The world is full of darkness, frustrating and disappointing circumstances, conditions that are entirely helpless and life-mental threatening. So Job had that kind of experience. Sometimes it could look so dark in some certain areas of your life, maybe financially, mentally and otherwise that you don’t really know the best way to approach it, I want to announce to you that God’s light is coming. To be strategic in the midst of adversaries at times appears as a risk, since you don’t really know what the outcome would be, but not when God is the one guiding and directing you. I think that one of the most essential prayers I am praying for you now is the grace to be divinely directed, I have never seen one who lost by God’s direction, no, not one. The scripture revealed this long ago with the insight of what our state will be when that is done and it says, “For behold the darkness shall cover the earth and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee”. This was what Job encountered but his end was a gross testimony as he testified in verse 13 saying, “The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me: and I cause the widows heart to sing for joy”. I have blessing even that of He that wanted to perish came upon me. Just remain in God’s calendar I am well assured that the issues of this present shall not survive the impact of his presence,
intelligence and discipline
