TOPIC : DEDICATION PART 2
Text: (Isaiah 32 vs. 1 – 4)
To be busy is not mostly a blessing, the question is what are you really busy about? Many are kept busy on the wrong lane. You so much need a time where you feed your mind with the contents of divine intelligence I must say that it takes God most times but at the same time it takes grace and focus to do more also. Thomas Fuller, an African sold into slavery in 1724 at the age of 14, was sometimes known as “Virginia Calculator” for his extraordinary ability to solve complex maths problems in his head. He was asked how many seconds there were in a year and half, he answered in about 2 minutes 47, 304, 000. Again he was asked how many seconds a man has lived who is 70 years, 17 day and 12 hours old. He answered in a minute and half. 2,210,500,800. One of the men was working out the problem on paper and informed fuller that he was wrong, because the answer was much smaller. Fuller hastily replied, “Top Massa, you forgot the leap years”, when the leap years were added in, the sums matched. It is obvious he was dedicated to a course of study. The human brain can advance and progress to a height of grace and exploit. The human brain can advance and progress to a height of grace and exploits. The more you learn the more it stays. Intelligence is induced by God, it is godly created and generated. The bible speaking in verse 4 of today’s scripture says, “The mind of the rash will understand knowledge and have good judgement and tongue of the stammerers will speak readily and plainly”. The rash is the hasty one, the one without impulse, it will understand knowledge. It takes Godly wisdom to dwell in the place of excellence, as a student, success is possible for you trust the intelligence of God.
