Topic: Crossing the bridge of failure.
Text: (Ezra 4 vs. 22)
Failure is not appointed to anyone; in fact people fail mostly because they fail to avoid the road that leads to failure. To fail once, twice, thrice, or more is not bad when the individual that failed those times is not found at the same spot where he/she failed. The person that failed is that individual who never see reasons to rise after he failed the last time.
Without errors you may not reach perfection. Without the wrong accord, there may not be a proper guide. Some individuals were not educated today because they did not try one more time after the last failure they had.
Some are not wealthy today because they refused to try something new after encountering the last failure they had. No one is above failing but some people are not comfortable enough to stay at a floor cemented with failure, therefore they bounce back again.
“It is not how far you fall, but how high you bounce that counts.” -Zig ziglar. Oh I think Henry Ford made a juice with this: “The only real mistakes are the one from which we learn nothing”. “Failures are finger posts on the road to achievement” (CS. Lewis).
Mind the following: invest a portion of your income, and be patient to see it grow. If what you have in your hands is not good to be called a harvest then it is a seed; sow it. Give out loans that you can part with as gift, so that you do not destroy your business and relationship.
Have the habit of keeping a pen and a writing pad handy because ideas come in form of flashes. The smallest pen is bigger and better than the biggest brain. Take whatever you can from your life because when life starts taking from you, it takes even your last breath.
There is no joy in victory without running the risk of defeat. Finally read today’s scriptural again until you digest it. Move above failing! Win a soul for God today. Tell people about the trending Jesus.
Prayer Points: Worship God using song 3: Page 124.
1. Thank God for His word to you today
2. Pray that you shall never see reason to remain with failure.
3. Ask God to hold your hand until your success becomes too clear to be doubted.
4. Present that which borders your heart to the Lord Almighty.
