MESSAGE
Myles Munroe said, “When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable”. When you do not know why something exists, there is tendency to abuse it.
Everyone has a purpose for living but not all will discover their purpose till they die.
After the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist, He was led into the wilderness where the devil tempted Him. Then, He went to the Synagogue where He taught the people and was given a passage from the book of Isaiah 42:7. He explained that the passage affirmed His ministerial purpose; preaching the good news of the kingdom to the poor; proclaiming freedom for those locked-up by sins; recovery of sight for the physically and spiritually blind and release of the oppressed. He had a conviction that the passage was the purpose He had come to fulfill.
Have you discovered your purpose for living? If you do not discover your purpose, the devil can easily take advantage of you and keep you in sin. Are you tired of your sinful life? Come to Jesus today for freedom and deliverance. Jesus is still in the business of releasing people from captivity and recovering all they have lost. Come to Jesus today.
